    Company Description: Non-profit organization that is innovating music education by hosting evaluation-based programs online.

    Work Summary: Meticulously organize and optimize workflow within the workplace to create efficient processes—main tasks including staff onboarding, training, operations, and project management.

    Accomplishments:

    • Completed 100+ I-9 verifications and employee onboarding each year for the Certificate of Merit Program.
    • Led internal team training for the evaluator onboarding process and created accompanying training materials.

    • Completed an audit of current salary for program evaluators and created a proposal to increase evaluator wage based on detailed research about industry-standard pay. Once approved, the base-salary was increased by 15 percent.
    • Leading onboarding of current and new staff onto Zendesk, assisted with the initial setup of software by creating macros, routing, and triggers. Additionally, built internal Zendesk support guides and resource pages for the team, the implementation of Zendesk reduced email response by half.
    • Assisted with switching the 2020 Convention to an online format due to COVID-19, which required flexibility to shift roles rapidly and take on unfamiliar tasks. The 2020 Convention had an increase in participation by 18.4 percent.

    Work Summary: Daily operational duties, assisting with data organization, and scheduling appointments.

    Accomplishments:

    • Purposed, led, and saw to the completion of a new organizational system for client documents. The new system saved staff a significant amount of time when preparing legal documents for court.

Volunteer Experience:

North Beach Farmers Market, Market Manager / May 2017 - Nov 2018

Volunteer Description: Danielle is one of four people responsible for bringing back the North Beach Farmers Market, which had been previously closed due to lack of attendance. The newly revived farmers market quickly became a community staple among North Beach residents. Danielle has since taken a step back from the North Beach Farmers Market after volunteering for two seasons.
